Scarlett Johansson Shares First Comments on ‘The Batman Part II’ Casting, Admits Mystery Role Was ‘Very Hard to Figure Out’

Scarlett Johansson is sharing her first comments about her role in The Batman Part II!

Nearly a year ago, it was revealed that the 41-year-old Oscar-winning actress was in final negotiations for a role in upcoming sequel to 2022’s The Batman lead by Robert Pattinson.

In a new interview with Entertainment Tonight, Scarlett admitted that she struggled with her mysterious role and that it really pushed her out of her comfort zone.

“Because it gave me a lot of existential angst, for some reason,” Scarlett explained. “It was very hard to figure out. I don’t know why, whether it was just the role or it was just where I am in my life, but it was just hard to crack it.”
