MATT Smith has been spotted looking very cosy with a trendy fashion designer as they enjoyed a boozy evening at the pub.

The actor, 43, was pictured with Jessica Horwell at the Flask pub in Highgate, London on Friday evening.

The pair were seen deep in conversation before he pulled her in for a tight hug.

The two chatted away as they sipped on beers in a corner of the the pub garden.

The Crown star beamed from ear to ear as he put his arm around her and they hugged one another.

He wore a striking turquoise t-shirt with navy shorts, along with a chain around his neck and a pair of black sunglasses.

Meanwhile, Jessica showed off her fashion credentials as she looked chic in a black bra top with a matching skirt.

She accessorised with some gold hoop earrings a heavy gold chain around her neck.

Jessica wore her blonde locks straight and opted for minimal make-up for the outing.

Matt and Jessica appeared to be in their own world and looked like they were very much enjoying each other’s company.

The Doctor Who icon was rumoured to be dating actress Emma Laird after the pair were spotted together in June last year.

The two were snapped laughing outside a trendy bakery in North London.

An onlooker said at the time: “The pair look relaxed in each other’s company as they sat outside and Matt puffed on a cigarette.”

Matt and Emma were first seen in a clinch outside a pub back in 2023.

He’s also enjoyed high-profile romances with actress Lily James and model Daisy Lowe.

He and Daisy had an on and off relationship from 2010 to 2014, during the early years of him being on Doctor Who.

Matt began dating Mamma Mia star Lily in 2014 after meeting on the sets of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

They made their official red carpet debut as a couple the following year at the premiere of Cinderella in Milan.

After five years together, they quietly split up in December 2019 due to work pressures.

In 2020, they attempted to rekindle their romance in the lockdown in May but they parted ways for good shortly after.
