Samuel L. Jackson’s ‘Tulsa King’ Spinoff ‘Frisco King’ Gets Premiere Date & First Teaser!

Samuel L. Jackson is taking over a new town!

Paramount+ has revealed the premiere date and first teaser for Frisco King, the upcoming Tulsa King spinoff from Taylor Sheridan.

Samuel reprises his role as Russell Lee Washington Jr., who was introduced during the original show’s third season. And Sylvester Stallone will make a special appearance!

When does Frisco King premiere?

Frisco King premieres on Friday, December 18, 2026, exclusively on Paramount+.

The series will launch with two episodes, followed by new episodes every Friday.

What is Frisco King about?

The series follows Lee, an experienced New Orleans gangster who arrives in Frisco, Texas, and sees opportunities to build a criminal business beneath the suburb’s polished exterior.

He recruits a young protégé, a trusted driver and an assortment of partners as he turns smaller schemes into an expanding operation. But his growing success also brings more danger, leaving him scrambling to stay ahead.

Lee already has a connection to Sylvester‘s Tulsa King character, Dwight Manfredi: The two previously served time together in federal prison, where Dwight saved Lee’s life. Later on, Lee was hired to kill Dwight, but refused.

Paramount+ confirms that Sylvester will appear in the spinoff, although today’s announcement does not specify how many episodes he will be in.

Who is in the Frisco King cast?

Asa Germann plays Teddy, a college dropout with an entrepreneurial streak who catches Lee’s attention.

Kai Caster plays Keith, a valet at the Sandman Hotel.

Lilah Pate stars as London, a cheerleader recruited by Lee, while Savanna Gann plays her friend and fellow cheerleader Avery, who also joins his crew.

Taylor wrote the eight-episode first season.

Meanwhile, catch up on Tulsa King Season 4.
