Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble Are ‘Great Partners for Each Other’ While Also ‘Pursuing Life on Their Own’

A source tells PEOPLE the couple “can spend time apart and come right back together like they never left”

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble’s relationship continues to work for the pair.

A source close to the couple, who’ve been together for over a decade, tells PEOPLE that they are “still together” and “great partners for each other.” Jenner and Gamble stepped out to celebrate opening night of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles on Saturday, Sept. 19.

“They can spend time apart and come right back together like they never left,” the source says. “Corey and Kris both let each other travel and live their lives. They don’t need to be together all the time. They enjoy being together but also love pursuing life on their own.”

The source adds that Jenner, 70, sees Gamble, 45, as a “very grounding force” in her life. “He is steady and caring. He keeps Kris grounded,” they add. “They’ve never talked about getting married. They are happy where they are right now.”

The pair posed for photos while holding hands at the red carpet event on Saturday. Six months earlier, they attended the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party alongside each other in March.

Gamble and Jenner met in 2014 at the 40th birthday party of their mutual friend, fashion designer Riccardo Tisci. They went Instagram official in April 2015 and made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 2016 Met Gala.

In April, Jenner addressed relationship chatter on daughter Khloé Kardashian‘s Khloé in Wonder Land podcast. At the time, she shut down rumors of a breakup, claiming that “it probably bothered maybe him more than it bothered me.”

“I don’t really have time to dwell on things because I’m so busy, and I have such natural distraction with my real life and the things that really matter to me, my grandchildren, my children, me, my mom, CeCe, Corey, all of us,” said Jenner, who also sounded off on rumors regarding wedding bells in their future.

“You never know,” she teased. “You just never know. I’m full of surprises.”

Kris also discussed the pair’s 25-year age gap, clarifying that “age is just a number” for them.

“I mean, I didn’t plan that, you know? You don’t plan, like, who you’re going to fall in love with, or maybe who you’re gonna end up with in life. It just happens,” she said.
