JESSICA Biel has reportedly issued her husband Justin Timberlake a strict demand after his drunk driving arrest.

The singer appears to be on thin ice with his actress wife, and their marriage could be over if he doesn’t clean up his act.

Sources told the Daily Mail that Jessica, 44, “has issued an ultimatum” to the pop star after growing fed up with his wild behavior lately.

They said that the 7th Heaven alum is demanding that Justin, 45, get his life together, or she’ll leave him.

The insider also said that Jessica will “pull the trigger” and end their marriage if he slips up just once more.

The couple has been married for 14 years and shares two sons: Silas, 11, and Phinneas, 4.

“There’s not much more she can take,” the source added of Jessica, and alleged that Justin is “never home” although his world tour concluded last summer.

“She does everything with the kids, and she’s sick of being publicly embarrassed.”

Another insider told the outlet that Justin has always been the life of the party and that Jessica urged him to settle down even before they married.

“Justin is the kind of guy that when he’s out, has always had a drink in his hand. Even back in his NSYNC prime, at his restaurant, on tour, he always liked to have a good time,” they said of his years in the boy band.

“When he proposed to Jessica, she basically told him to settle down, or she was out. She’s not afraid to give him an ultimatum, but I don’t see her leaving him anytime soon,” the source continued.

“They have been through a lot of deeply personal things together that have brought them closer. But it’s like she doesn’t know where he is or what he’s doing half the time when she’s not with him.”

Justin’s partying ways were exposed in police bodycam footage from his June 2024 DUI arrest, which was released in March.

The Cry Me a River singer was pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign and driving erratically in Sag Harbor, New York.

Cops smelled alcohol on his breath, noticed that he was unsteady on his feet, had slurred speech, and glassy eyes.

They instructed him to perform a field sobriety test, which he did not pass, and he was cuffed and arrested.

Justin was seen pleading with the officers not to arrest him because of his celebrity status, but they wouldn’t budge.

The 10-time Grammy Award winner later reached a plea deal to end the case.

A judge ordered him to pay a $500 fine, a $260 surcharge, and 25 hours of community service.

The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed in July that the pair’s relationship had suffered due to Justin’s personal struggles.

He also nearly quit his Forget Tomorrow World Tour after rescheduling numerous dates due to health issues.

Shortly after the tour’s end, Justin revealed via an Instagram post that he’d been diagnosed with Lyme Disease, which caused severe fatigue and nerve pain during performances.
