Joe Manganiello Reveals When He Last Spoke to Sofia Vergara, If She’s Unhappy with His Book Revelations

Joe Manganiello is opening up further about his book and the impact on his ex wife Sofia Vergara.

While promoting his new book “Bloodlines” on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Joe – who was married to the 54-year-old Modern Family star from 2015 to 2023 – spoke out about his ex.

When Did Joe Manganiello Last Speak to Sofia Vergara?

Andy Cohen asked if Joe had sent Sofia a copy of “Bloodlines” to read.

Joe said he had not, and was then asked if he had heard from Sofia, to which he responded, “I have.”

At another point, Andy asked, “You say you haven’t spoken to her since the divorce?” Joe then said, “Correct.”

At one point in the interview, Andy said to Joe, “She’s not happy.”

Joe then made a face, seemingly indicating that statement might be correct.

Joe added, “I think this was prior to—I think these things happen prior to anyone reading the book. So, I, for people out there, the book is a very nuanced discussion about my spiritual awakening, and there’s a journey that I had in understanding where it came from through my ancestry, the generational trauma that was passed down to me. The same things I was suffering from killed my grandmother.”

He continued, “And this is—this is also how I came to understand why we suffer, why we’re here. It’s a human experience, and that’s what the book is about, and it’s not really about anything else. There are characters in this book that have to be mentioned because they’re part of it.”
