Jessie J Reveals She’s Cancer-Free One Year After Revealing Breast Cancer Diagnosis
Jessie J is celebrating some exciting news – she’s cancer-free!
In a new Instagram reel posted on Thursday (May 21), the 38-year-old “Price Tag” singer shared footage of a recent checkup in the hospital before sharing the health update.
“Gotta go in for my MRI,” Jessie said while showing the IV in her arm. “Pretend I’m not claustrophobic.”
After explaining that the breast MRI involves laying on your stomach and putting “your arms in the air like superman,” Jessie said. “Fingers crossed [that it’s] all good, all good.”
“Positive vibes,” she added before breaking into Bob Marley’s “Don’t Worry About a Thing.”
In the caption of the post, Jessie announced that she was cancer-free.
“RESULTS ARE IN AND I AM CANCER FREE,” she wrote. “I sobbed for hours and then exhaled for the first time in a year.”
