Gisele Bündchen ‘Wants the Best’ for Ex Tom Brady, Source Says She’s In a ‘Very Happy Place’ After Welcoming Baby No. 3

Gisele Bündchen wants the best for her ex Tom Brady.

An exclusive source tells PEOPLE that the mom of three, 46, is completely focused on life in Miami and her family with husband Joaquim Valente amid the 49-year-old retired football player’s romance with girlfriend Candice Swanepoel.

“Tom’s the father of her children, and she wants the best for him. She’s not focused on who he’s dating. She’s in a very happy place and really enjoying her life,” the insider exclusively shares. “She loves living in Miami and having another baby has brought her so much joy. She’s very happy with the life she’s built.”

The supermodel shares two children, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13, with her ex-husband, who also shares a son, Jack, with ex Bridget Moynahan. On Oct. 28, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that Bündchen was expecting her third baby with her then-boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, and the couple welcomed their baby in February 2025.

Back in September, Bündchen was interviewed by i-D 377 for their cover story and addressed welcoming her third baby in February 2025. Bündchen called growing her family “such a gift.”

“Having a baby at this moment of my life is such a gift, because I’m in a different place,” said Bündchen. “I don’t have anything to prove. I don’t feel like I really, quite frankly, care.”

“I’m not defined by other people’s opinions,” she continued. “I feel like I get to choose how I want to live my life.”

Elsewhere in the article, Bündchen spoke about how she balances her career with parenting all three of her kids.

“I say no to 99 percent of the jobs I’m offered because, when I put it on the scale, I’m like, ‘Am I going to miss my daughter’s volleyball game? Am I going to miss going to the park with my son? Am I going to miss my son DJing?’” she shared.

Last August, the loving mom offered a rare glimpse into daily life with her baby boy. In the photo, Bündchen could be seen exercising on the deck of a yacht alongside her youngest child. The proud mom leaned down in the image, holding her hands on two weights with a resistance band wrapped around her legs, as her son copied her.

“It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do,” Bündchen captioned the post in both English and Portuguese. “They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it.”
