Cindy Crawford Breaks Silence on Son Presley’s Passing with Message From Family

Cindy Crawford has released a statement on the passing of her son, Presley Gerber.

If you did not see the sad news, Presley passed away on September 20 at the young age of 27. Presley passed at rehab facility in Santa Monica following a suspected overdose, and while his autopsy has been completed, his cause of death has been listed as “deferred” for the time being.

Presley is the son of Cindy and her husband Rande Gerber. They have another child, actress Kaia Gerber.

On Instagram, Cindy posted the following message.

We are beyond heartbroken to lose our beloved son and brother. We feel so blessed to have had Presley in our lives for 27 years. He is a sweet, beautiful soul who loved and is loved, now and forever. We are so proud of how he showed up in the world, with kindness and vulnerability. We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support from so many who know and love our family and even strangers who feel our pain. Til we meet again our sweet boy. We love you forever, Mom, Dad and Kaia
