The bodybuilding icon, Terminator movie star and former politician shared an update on his 79th birthday (July 30).

“I turn 79 today. I don’t want any gifts. Instead, my team and I are turning the fitness industry upside down,” he wrote before promoting his Pump Club app.
The post included two photos of Arnold working out and showing off his physique. He also shared a post showing off his workout in a video.
