Nick Jonas & Paul Rudd Attend World Premiere of ‘Power Ballad’ Movie in Dublin

Nick Jonas and Paul Rudd just attended the first-ever public screening of their upcoming movie Power Ballad!

The actors hit the stage for the world premiere event at the 2026 Dublin International Film Festival on Sunday (March 1) at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin, Ireland.

Nick and Paul were joined by director John Carney and more members of the cast. Paul was also presented with the prestigious Volta Award.

Here’s the film’s synopsis: “When Rick (Rudd), a past-his-prime wedding singer, meets fading boy-band star Danny (Jonas) during a gig, the two bond over music and a late-night jam session. But when Danny turns one of Rick’s songs into the hit that reignites his career, Rick sets out to reclaim the recognition he believes he deserves – even if it means risking everything he cares about.”

Power Ballad will next be shown at SXSW in Austin, Texas on March 14 ahead of its theatrical release on June 5.
