Lili Reinhart Says Male Director Told Her to Suck in Her Stomach on Set

Lili Reinhart is sharing a note from a male director that caught her by surprise.

The 29-year-old Riverdale actress recently sat down for an interview for Cosmopolitan, where she was asked by her fellow Forbidden Fruits co-stars to name an acting note that she took personally.

“I had a male director come up to me and silently lean over and go, ‘just suck in your stomach a little bit,” she shared to the disgust of her co-stars.

Lola Tung, Victoria Pedretti and Alexandra Shipp all asked her to name him.

“Oh my God. What is his name? And what is his address? Time for a hex! Time for hex! Say his name!” they encouraged her.

She simply said: “Tell you later.”

Lili has said that she developed an eating disorder during her time on her hit The CW series.

“I really don’t like looking at season six imagery or pictures, because I know that 99% of my thoughts were about my body. I was a thousand percent just disassociated through that entire day or scene because my entire inner dialogue is just … ‘Your body’s changing,'” she told Self.
