Kathryn Hahn Confirms She’s Playing Mother Gothel in ‘Tangled’ with Instagram Name Change & a Fun ‘OOTD’
It looks like Kathryn Hahn is officially confirming those Mother Gothel rumors!
Kathryn updated her Instagram name to be “motherhahn,” and her bio now reads, “mother knows best 🪞.”
She included a mirror emoji, which is a key element in the Tangled story.
It’s not exactly a surprise: Kathryn was in talks for the role back in January.
Disney’s X/Twitter account posted the change to their X account to tease the news.
She then posted a video showing her wearing a t-shirt, confirming the news!
“OOTD, Mother Gothel,” she captioned the video.
The Tangled live action movie will also stars Teagan Croft and Milo Manheim as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, respectively.
