Kim Kardashian Talks Involvement with ‘Citizen Kim’ Biography: How to Buy the Book Now

There’s a new book about Kim Kardashian being released this month and she actually was heavily involved in the making of it!

“Citizen Kim: The Woman Who Created the Future” is a new biography by Jonathan Van Meter that was created using hundreds of hours of interviews with Kim and dozens of her closest friends, family members, and associates.

Kim opened up about the book during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live, saying that she’s not being paid for her involvement in the book as it’s not her project. She just wanted to make sure her story was told accurately.

What Kim Kardashian had to say about “Citizen Kim” book

Kim said, “So, there is a biography that’s being written by Jonathan Van Meter. It comes out in a week or two and I agreed to work with this writer to write a book about me.”

Kim said she trusts Jonathan, but “it’s a little scary because it’s not my book.” But, she doesn’t have any say over the finished product, which did not make her mom Kris Jenner happy.

When asked why Kris won’t like the book, Kim said you’ll have to watch The Kardashians on Hulu to find out her reaction.

Kim worked with Jonathan for five years and welcomed him into her home for the interviews.
