Filled with roasted chicken, herb ranch dressing, bell peppers, and smoked almonds, the dish saw a portion of its sales proceeds go to the immigrant rights organization CHIRLA. In the clip shared on social media, the actress is seen enjoying the sandwich, with a caption reading: “Lobbying hard to make this a permanent menu item.”
