International superstar Sir Elton John took center stage at Rock in Rio 2026 on Monday night (September 7), closing out the iconic World Stage with an exclusive, high-energy concert experience. Throughout his power-packed performance, Sir Elton treated nearly 100,000 fans to an incredible array of his legendary worldwide hits, including “Bennie and the Jets”, “Rocket Man”, “Tiny Dancer”, “I’m Still Standing”, and “Cold Heart”. The pop-rock legend also gave fans a classic moment with a moving performance of “Skyline Pigeon”, igniting a massive sing-along.
Directly addressing the roaring crowd, Sir Elton expressed his deep gratitude for his global fans, declaring the venue energy one of the absolute best in the world. He closed out the historic evening with a breathtaking rendition of “Your Song”.
