JENNIFER Lopez looked incredible on Monday as she was snapped heading to the gym in a figure-hugging workout set.

The singer and actress, 57, showed off her toned abs and arms in the ensemble – which featured a tiny burgundy sports bra and matching leggings.

Leaving her caramel tresses to fall freely, Jennifer donned a pair of sunglasses and a baseball cap for the sweaty workout.

Jennifer’s impressive figure comes as she famously hits the gym four to five times a week and has previously shared glimpses at her weight training routine.

She is known to work with personal trainers and abstains from caffeine while following a whole foods diet to maintain her physique.

Whilst the Jenny From The Block songstress may be approaching 60, she looks far from it, with the workout coming just weeks after she shared a stunning lingerie photoshoot to Instagram.

In the snaps, Jennifer was dressed in a white two-piece and had a headscarf on.

Aside from focusing on her health and sharing new looks with fans, Jennifer has spent the summer enjoying a road trip around Italy with her children.

She documented the trip with posts to Instagram – and even met footballer Erling Haaland during her travels.

Jennifer shares twins with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.

She is currently thought to be single following her split from Ben Affleck, whom she divorced in 2024.

Earlier this summer, it was claimed that her marriage to Ben, which began in 2022 following their reunion after calling off a wedding 20 years prior, was a ‘publicity stunt’.

Speaking out, her first husband, personal trainer Ojani Noa, slammed in an interview: “That marriage was a publicity stunt. She needed people to talk about her again.”

Jennifer married Ojani in February 1997, following a whirlwind romance.

His claims came after The Sun on Sunday revealed how Jennifer’s marriage to Ojani ended after he accused her of cheating on him with her ex, disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.
