Orlando Bloom’s Abs Are on Full Display on Sunny Sardinia Vacation with Model Luisa Laemmel

The couple was spotted enjoying the beach on the Italian island on July 29, just days after a previous beach outing in Forte dei Marmi

Just when you thought Sardinia’s waters couldn’t get any warmer, Orlando Bloom and Luisa Laemmel show up. 

On Wednesday, July 29, the Lord of the Rings actor, 49, was spotted on the beach with the Swiss model, 28, during a sun-soaked day in Sardinia, the Italian island located in the Mediterranean.

For the Costa Smeralda outing, Bloom opted for a simple pair of black swim trunks that showed off his toned physique. Meanwhile, the Zurich native donned a black string bikini. When she wasn’t donning goggles, Laemmel finished the look off with a navy baseball cap. 

In one photo, the pair are seen taking off their snorkeling gear side-by-side after a dip in the turquoise water.

Bloom and Laemmel’s latest sighting comes only days after the two were seen at Alpemare Beach, an exclusive spot in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, on July 26. The pair wore similar apparel, with Bloom in black swim shorts and Laemmel in a bikini and sunglasses. In one shot, Laemmel can be seen wrapping her arms around the actor before — as seen in another photo — a wave knocked him over into the water. 

Laemmel and Bloom were first linked earlier this year when they were spotted at the Super Bowl, InStyle reported. After the game they jetted off to Switzerland and enjoyed a luxury trip between the Dolder Grand hotel in Zurich and the Bürgenstock resort on Lake Lucerne.

The July outings come just over a year after the Pirates of the Caribbean actor split from his longtime fiancée Katy Perry. The two first met in 2016, got engaged in 2019 and welcomed their daughter Daisy Dove in August 2020. 

In addition to daughter Daisy, 5, Bloom shares son Flynn, 15, with ex-wife Miranda Kerr. The actor and model, 43, split in 2013 after three years of marriage. 

Meanwhile, Perry, 41, has since begun dating former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, whom she was first linked to in summer 2025. The pair made their first public appearance together that October and have shared frequent updates on their relationship on social media. 

Last month, Bloom gave a glimpse into a camping trip he took with both his kids. In the June 19 Instagram carousel, the actor shared a video of him walking around with Daisy and his dog, Biggie Smalls, at a beach. Other snaps showed the family climbing in and out of a yellow rooftop car tent.
