Jessica Alba’s LBD Comes With a Totally Sheer Skirt for a Stylish Date Night With Danny Ramirez

The pair have been linked for a year.

Jessica Alba and her boyfriend Danny Ramirez stepped out for a date night in New York City. On July 18, the pair were spotted making their way to a Raising Cane’s party at Zero Bond.

Alba and Ramirez opted for coordinated all-black looks. The actress wore a strapless black dress. It featured a drop waist and a sheer midiskirt. She completed the look with a pair of black heeled flip flops and a few layered necklaces. As for her hair, she wore it in a center-parted long layered lob. Ramirez wore a black sweater and baggy black pants along with black and white sneakers.

Alba was previously married to Cash Warren with whom she shares three children. They finalized their divorce in March after nearly two decades together.

Shortly after the divorce, Alba made rare comments about “trusting the process.” “I think everybody can relate to—you try to plan so much,” she said, per Us Weekly. “Especially as a mom, you’re always trying to plan, plan and control things.”

She went on: “And I think you just realize, especially as time goes by, that what’s meant for you is actually what’s going to show up and what’s going to happen. As much as we try to control and plan everything, sometimes, you just have to let life happen and just enjoy yourself and things will fall into place. Trust the process.”

As for Alba and Ramirez, the couple have been linked since July 2025. The actress celebrated their one-year anniversary earlier this month, sharing a sweet carousel featuring photos from their relationship.

Back in April, Alba shared a rare tribute to her boyfriend while celebrating her 45th birthday. “My love – every day with you is a gift. Thank you all for loving me through every chapter 🫶🏽,” she wrote of her boyfriend.
